LUUKBKM practices both Kickboxing and Krav Maga.
Whether you’re a beginner, experienced Martial Artist or someone who wants to get fit and try something new, LUUKBKM is an incredibly friendly place to train and socialise. The club is unique in its approach to Martial Arts training providing an informal training environment so you’ll feel right at home.
Training is hard and rigorous but we operate as a team and focus on building you into an all-round martial artist or a confident self-protectionist or both!
Chief Instructor Will Tsang has been the forefront of this award winning club, sharing and teaching his knowledge for the past 16 years. Will offers a superb Instructor Team, whom all from different aspects of life and have something different to offer to individuals training with us. Most recently, Will was awarded the Coach of the Year by Leeds University Sport ahead of 92 other sports coaches which is an incredible feat for any sport yet alone through Martial Arts.
LUUKBKM always seeks to promote Martial Arts, increase representation and gain recognition within University Sport and is now the largest Sports society in the whole of Leeds University with a yearly average of 350 students in the past 3 years.
LUUKBKM is the current Martial Arts Club of the Year 2019 and has also been runner up in the past 2 years as University Sports Club of the Year but boasts the Event of the year having hosted the UK University Kickboxing Championships which continues to be the single largest Kickboxing Event in the UK.
